If 50% of the country does not pay taxes and if 90% of these people vote, what is the incentive for these to vote Republican? They have rent assistance; receive food stamps; free cell phones; free pharmaceuticals; and are Medicaid eligible.

Who are the others that vote Democratic?

1. Those that voted because of a deep hatred for Bush and for change - Bush has been gone for 2 years.

2. Those who voted because they thought Obama would be middle of the road (even though there was evidence that he had always been deep to the left).

3. Those who will always vote Democratic even if Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Bill Ayers, and Rev. Wright were on the ticket.

4. Votes for Sen Dodd and Rep. Barney Franks even though it was known that these 2 were pushers for home ownership to those who could not afford - remember the massive financial problems in 2008?

5. Those who desire a move from capitalism to socialism.

6. 95% of the Black voters

7. Union members

8. Voters who do not have a problem with members of congress selling their votes.

Are we moving toward a single party system in this country?

I love it when the Right tries to analyze the motivations of the Left -- it's like when the Left tries to analyze the Right.
What difference does it make? The only thing that counts is the next election.

The Right's time would be better spent trying to find a viable candidate to run.

And, of what are conservative voters in favor?

1. The Constitution of the United States of America.
2. Freedom of religion (as opposed to freedom from religion)
3. The sanctity of life
4. The freedom to succeed by industry… and to fail by indolence (pursuit of happiness)
5. The right to defend one’s family and the obligation to defend our nation against all enemies foreign and domestic
6. The right to property and the fruits of one’s own labor
7. Government for the people and by the people – not government of the people

There was a time when I "cringed"(?) at the mention of the word Hillary...I think now it is a better word than Obama.
