installed a high in printer for a customer yesterday and got it
out of the box and plugged in and the menu options were all in
spanish (had to change to english out of the box).
look, I know it's cheaper to send your work offshore or out of country
but come on big companies go the extra mile and cross your t's and
dot your I's, I can always tell customers not to buy that brand of
printer. Thanks for letting me vent!

Recently bought a Motorola Razor phone off the internet that came set up for Spanish. Spent over an hour with Cingular (they didn't know how to fix it) and Motorola before I got it back to English. Phone instruction book was over 100 pages long, but nothing on language set up. Phone was new not a refurb.
