At the cabin - almost every weekend during the warmer months, and about every three weeks other times. Keg - $108.00 in Auburn (about $89.00 in Tuscaloosa). One power lift of about 165 lbs., then ambeerdextrious curls. If I keep the kids away - repeat power lift about every 2 1/2 months, if not..... maybe once/month. Nothing like working out at home.

Ditto on the 12 ounce curls... Lots of neck strain too looking out for lose bumpers.

Lots of treading water, and dog paddling going from boat to boat.

Also, according to CAT, women get lots of exercise from running through his mind ;-)

walking uphill from the dock to the house about 25 times a day. Free and exhausting.

hey, that's a great idea! Now if I could remember to take the boat key, and everything else I need plus everything the wife might want I could really relax. That's OK it beats being anywhere else!

Just finished a workout session at the lake. Pick up logs and anything else that will burn and drag it down to the beach for burning. Future workouts will include raking leaves onto a tarp and hauling them to the fire(heavier than you think) and shoveling sand and mud off of the boat ramp and dumping it wherever it would be useful(and always uphill). Great workouts!
