The govt media spin will be as follows: Despite all the predictions that Romney would hammer TOTUS he did not deliver a "knockout blow", Obama won the debate, Romney looked weak and foolish, Obama was "more Presidential", etc. The govt media is so predictable.........anybody want to bet me on this one?

LOL,  an amazing pre-debate outcome assessment!   Predicting your candidate will lose, then blaming the media for unfairly scoring before they even take the stage!   When it comes to managing expectations of Romney, you guys take the cake.   Maybe you should also predict that Romney will win the election, but become a terribly inept President... because the Godless forces of darkness will undermine his greatness.

Meanwhile, don't sit next to Mitt when flying.  He may just try to open the window.

Please reread my post because you obviously misunderstand. I never predicted Mitt would lose the debates nor do I think he will. I merely predicted how the media will spin the debates in TOTUS' favor and let me assure you I will be right. Mitt is going to outdo the man-child in the debates but only those that watched will actually know the truth. The rest will be lied to by the govt media. Its not really that hard, even Pat Caddell, a Democrat, recognizes that truth. Thanks for driving by.......

I'll see your Pat Caddell and raise you one Peggy Noonan.

thanks, I really appreciate you letting me post on your forum.

How typical, I point out that you either cannot understand plain English or intentionally misrepresented what I wrote and you came back with some obscure reference to Peggy Noonan. Has she weighed in on the issue of the predictable media response to the debate? Perhaps I missed that and you can provide me with a reference. At least I was able to provide a link to Caddells comments so you can judge them for yourself. But you didn't even read his speech did you? But hey, why actually respond with facts and logic when an irrelevant comment will do? As for your last comment, this is not my forum and anyone is free to participate. I don't even know what you mean by that as I have no administrative rights. All I can do is block comments from participants if I no longer want to see them. I appreciate you giving me way more authority than I have, but like probably 90% of what you believe to be true, it just isn't.

Of course, the MAIN media will give the win to Obama since they are so tainted, and unlike FOX, not Fair and Balanced. However, Romney will win since he is a skilled debater having participated in 20 during the primary and if he loses he should go back to Mass. After all, he is debating a manchild. However. if the Messiah shows up it will be no contest and Mitt will need all the help he can get from Fox and Limbaugh. I hope I responded in a way that doesn't upset you or your kind.

Now that's a GF response dripping with sarcasm, a hint of humor and devoid of any facts, logic or reason. You could learn something from him. Now as for you GF, the false raising of expectations is not going unnoticed. Romney will win the debate not because of his skill or any special talent. It will be because Obama has no record on which to run. So when he says we created 4.5 million jobs Romney will be able to answer, but you lost many millions more at the same time and fewer people are in the workforce today than anytime in the last 30 years and tens of millions have ever given up hope of finding a job. So let's see, you create 4.5 million jobs and lose 10 million jobs and you call that success? And when he tries to take credit for the Arab Spring Romney can point out the similarities of embassy takeovers from the awful Jimmy Carter years. And the increased violence in Afghanistan and resurgence of al Queda, etc. And on and on. All Obama will be able to say is Romney is a mean guy who doesn't like poor people and wants to give tax cuts to the rich. For some guy sitting at home that took a hope on change in 2008 and no longer has a job that will not resonate.

You project the same distortion that you accuse the media. You are unable to distinguish sarcasm from the truth. I am not an advocate of sarcasm and strongly believe that the truth shall set thee free. You seem to thrive on a rather myopic view that only the right is right. I hope my posts are not keeping you from producing as my entitlements are depending on you and your kind.

Hey GF,

Don't worry as myself and many others are at work producing your entitlements (for now).  What I don’t understand though is that you don’t seem to follow one of the main tenets of socialism which is: distribution of output is based on the principle of individual contribution?  How can one take, take, take if they don’t give, give, give an equal amount?

Also, as many times as I have seen it asked of you, to date I do not recall you ever stating why you think “O” deserves another 4 years?  Why is he so great in your eyes?  Please help me understand.

Signed,

Mr. Ashamed of Himself

If I mistook your post as being sarcasm instead of actually agreeing with me I apologize. Taking away the sarcasm it is apparent that you agree with me. Congratulations on your progress! I do believe there is one thing you do not understand. I believe what I believe because of a review of facts and my ability to use logic and reason and ignore emotion and the desire to feel good about myself. I have examined the policies of the left and based on that analysis have determined that they do not work. They have never worked. They will never work. On the contrary, conservative principals do work, they have worked and they will always work. Its just the way it is and believing otherwise is, well, being a liberal....

Why do local governments always seem to get 100% of right and left commissioners voting to accept federal grants? The money is tax money but the right never says NO....and justify it that if we don't take it some other locality will get it. I have not met a conservative who has turned down FEMA money after a hurricane or tornado. The money is tax money. Is that different from an entitlement?

How sad is your response ... you still can not even say what you support about Oblamer and why you think he needs to stay in office.

You are even an embarrassment to liberals ... you have to lie about where you live because you are a personal failure.

So i get it failure follow and support other failures ... that way you don't feel so bad about being such a loser yourself.

There were a number of local governments and states that turned down o-BAMA's stimulus bribe, but remember smart people usually will take free money from a fool (o-BAMA). Now answer the question asked above. WHY DO YOU LIKE o-BAMA? Be specific, no BS.

I am not a failure nor am I likely to vote for Obama. What I think many voters are responding to, though, is that there is an appearance of fairness that the right just cannot compete with. Why exactly would anyone support Mitt? He sucks by every measure. So voting for him is simply voting gainst O. You demand that GF explains Os virtues when you know that the other candidate has only one and that is that he is not O. This is not logic or reasonableness no matter how many times you say so. I know that republican conservative fiscal ideology is better for my bottom line, but it does not give me an argument in favor of Mitt personally.

Their constituents actually provide that money and if they are from a GOP district they pay way more than in most leech filled Dem districts. Why the heck should they not get some of that hard earned money back? You make it seem like the money didn't come from the taxpayers when it does, well,at least it mostly used to until TOTUS gave us trillion dollar deficits. What would be more irresponsible than letting Dems take their money at the point of a gun and then not fighting to get some of it returned to their district, city or whatever? Honestly, is economic illiteracy a requirement for being a left wing nut? You act like if they didn't request the grants the money would be returned to its rightful owners when in fact the Dems would just suck it all up to buy votes. Every dollar they deny to the leeches is a dollar not totally wasted. I say as long as the govt taxes away our hard earned dollars I am all for us trying to get as much back as possible. To do otherwise would be stupid........

I don't recall on the Forum anyone who supported Romney in the primary. After he won, it became anyone but Obama. He is your candidate by default and the right is supporting the conservative movement and not voting for the person. No matter who ran as the democratic candidate, the right would not support them. No matter who ran on the republican ticket, the left would not support them. So, all the talk about which candidate is better for the future is a moot exercise.....it is all about party philosophy.

I have said before that I voted for Romney in the Alabama primary.

And I also believe Romney's experience and success  in business qualifies him much more strongly to get us out of the economic mess than the management neophyte in office now.  Obama obviously didn't learn anything about large scale fiscal health over the past four years.  So I consider Romney a plus, in spite of the fact that I also think that we MUST get Obama out of office before he destroys our country for good.

So to my point, if the right would divorce themselves from social superiority, they would win the election handily. What people cannot stomach is the holier than thou rhetoric. Perhaps we need another party--one that does not disallow personal choice but stll favors fiscal conservatism.

I am an American first. Social and economic conservative second. Republican comes in a distant third. But I can assure you for me this has nothing to do with party affiliation. If you gave me a socially and fiscally conservative Democrat I would vote for them. But I have never seen one. But you are correct that this election is about anyone but Obama because is an unqualified, unmitigated disaster for this country. No apologies for my recognizing that. Frankly at this point if it were Obama v Slick Willie and I had no other choice I would vote for the latter. Only Jimmy Carter the worthless one would give me pause over TOTUS and even then, I would probably pull the lever for him.

GoofeyFishin,

Do you remember me saying this?  "I would express my political views. However, the last time I did that, somebody had my post removed for being abusive. I didn't even call anyone names other than telling everyone the leader? of our country was nothing more than the pretender in chief (PiC)."

I still advocate Ted Nugent for president.  I'm ashamed I wasted 44 years working for a government I truly believed in.  That belief has been totally destroyed in the last four years.  Can you guess who is to blame for destroying my belief?

Now for the first time since I have been old enough to vote, I won't vote rather than say I voted for either one of the losers being put up to run for the leader of our country.

Go ahead and get me removed for expressing my views on the two major parties choices to run for leader of our country.

I supported Romney from the begining ... I was open to others, but always liked Mitt because I know Bain Capital very well and all the positives I have seen.  He was a great govenor and in the private sector took risks that created jobs and also made him wealthy ... that is the idea of capitalism.  In saying that, if Mitch Daniels from IN ran, I would have wanted him over Romney ... but so what ... romeny will be a great president, he actually has a plan ... something that is foreign to Obama.

Obama had zero experience ... it showed from the failed results and still has no experience.
