He said that in the same online letter in which he called for a vote to expel Liz Cheney from her party leadeship post because she actually engaged in ''free thought and debate''.  Seems a little like this might fall into that cancel culture slot the Repubs let get their panties in a wad or maybe like MM putting the American people on ignore.

Yeah sure, in your dreams!  I suspect at least 11 million of your “hero’s” original 74 million voters have joined the 84 million reasonable folks who voted for somebody other than Trump, in saying enough is enough.  By ousting Liz Cheney the GOP has not picked up any votes (those who approve are already Trump Cultists who, like you, will continue to kiss up to your Cult leader even if he does declare himself “president for life”) but many suburban women and upper income men and women who once were the backbone of the GOP will be lost until sanity returns to the party of Lincoln, TR, Eisenhower and Reagan. You know it as well as I do but continue to whistle past the graveyard because you don’t have the spine to face the reality of what is happening to your party.

The GOP is not voting to expel Cheney from the House of Representatives for crying out loud.  That decision is for the folks in Wyoming, a state she has not lived in since the 70's.  She is being removed from a leadership position because she is not in sync with the majority of the elected representatives in her party.  Again I ask, why do you care?  This is internal.   She is not, unlike AOC, proposing something akin to the fiasco Green New Deal that would affect my wallet and lifestyle.  That is why I paid attention to how you, as a party, treated her.  Totally differenct circumstances.  And I have to admit that I almost spilled my coffee this morning when I read your OJ quote.  Did you actually type the words 'OJ" and "truth" in the same sentence?  Chutzpah Fish. In that case, where might you put the blame for gas @ 3.15 per gallon, gas lines, Middle East bloodshed, Cyber attack by Russian criminals on a critical gas pipeline, inflation rising at its fastest pace in 12 years, national debt, unemployment, lack of job creation,  Iran kicking our arse again by firing at our ships with no penalty,  border disasters.  Good grief, must we bring back the Carter "misery index"? But hey,  at least we now have on record an all gay helicopter crew.

And you worry about internal Republican politics.  Why not be a bit introspective about your own party and the unconsciousness of its leader.

when the outcome is likely to be putting one of the great parties clearly on the side of ignoring the results of elections unless they happen to like the outcome.  It is especially disturbing when the state Republican legidlatures are prtting in place the ability of the Trumpist Republicans to overturn the votes of the people.  The real question is why aren't you concerned?

BTW:  Do you really think the cyber attack on Colonial would have not taken place if Trump was still in office?  If he were still there he would have probably signed off on it if his beloved Vladimir Putin called for it.  As for your other concerns, same question!

In 2016 how many Democrats in congress voted to reject the certified constitutionally mandated electoral votes for Donald Trump?  How many Democratic lawsuits were filed to overturn the constitutionally set 2016 election?  How many Democrats invaded the capitol on Jan 6 2107 in an unconstitutional and violent attempt to stop the certification of Donald Trump's victory?  How many Democrtic office holders were still claiming Clinton was president 4 months after Trump was sworn in even though 60 courts of the constitutionally established Judiciary had upheld the election?  How many times did Hillary Clinton say she would question the outcome of the constitutionally established election if she didn't win?  How many Democrats in leadership positions have been tossed aside for speaking what they correctly consider to be true?  How many times do you actually think about what he!! you are saying before you say it?
