3 year old Shore Station jet ski lift and install heavier cable?

I might be able to repair your lift. Can you send any digital photos of the damage, or give me a better sense of what needs to be repaired? Or do you just need a heavier cable installed?

We have two winch type jet ski lifts...the cable snapped on one. Need
new heavy duty cable installed on both and check to be sure operating
properly. So, I guess not really repair, just new cable.

We are on Whiskey Ridge Road, just a little ways down from Chimney Rock, the three level home with blue porch roof and blue dock roof.

Could you give me an estimate to do this? I am usually there
during week and could meet you at the water or give directoins
to get here by road.

Hello, Glenda,

I am Jim's partner at BJ's Lakeshore Products. We'd love to help you fix your lifts. We have recently installed two boat lifts that are winch/cable in design, so I am sure yours would be very similar.

As far as an estimate, it's a bit hard to do so without seeing the lifts in person. The type and amount of cable needed would be what I'd have to figure out.

If you could call me at 1-866-803-6257 during the day, we could get directions to your house and give you an honest estimate. I am confident we could do the job for a price you'd consider downright reasonable! We're new to the Lake Martin area and are interested in getting our name associated with quality work and products.

I, personally, would be able to get to your house as early as Sunday, and if that is not convenient, Monday of next week. I'd have to check with Jim as to his availability prior to that time.
