So it was a literal bloodbath in Virginia with the GOP winning the Guv, Lt. Guv, AG and control of the House.  Turns out running on a platform of telling parents they have no business weighing in on how schools indoctrinate their kids is not a winning model.  Also turns out CRT, which is the worst form of racism, is also not popular even among black parents.  Somehow  a history of having been mistreated for the color of their skin makes them a wee bit sensitive to seeing white people being treated the same way....by guilty white liberals and black socialists.

Then we see the attempt to defund the police in Minneapolis goes down although shamefully 43% of the voters said yes.  Complete and utter morons.

Then we see the socialist, defund the police radical running for Mayor gets beaten by the former Mayor as a write in candidate......and it wasn't even close.

And then there's the three NJ assembleymen that struggled to beat candidates that spent a grand total of $200. One was a truck driver, one EMT and a realtor.  And it looks like one them, the truck driver, may actually win.  And the NJ Guv race is too close to call but will likely end up with the Dem winning......the one with an 11-point lead in the polls.

And the Braves won the World Series.....quite the day yesterday.

Don't forget the Dawgs and Alabama are 1 - 2 in the poll that matters.  I can't believe that Cincinnati is crying foul.

Overall, what a great day yesterday seeing the Dems humiliated all over, Braves World Champs and Dawgs sitting pretty for a possible Natty!

Yeah, Cincinnati is a really good team but their schedule is so weak it can't compare to the SEC or Big 10.  All they can do is win all their games and hope for some important losses.  And they are not the only undefeated team right now and none of them are in the top 4 either.  Weird to see the ACC collapse in college football.  Once Clemson waned there was really no one left.

I am not going to read too much into yesterday.  Youngkin's win was the most significant because he was able to keep the Trump voters and lure away suburban women and white collar voters.  That is threading the needle.  Will be interesting to see if Dems have the awareness to realize how toxic CRT and defund the police is to most voters.  Not to mention how they have alienated black voters with the vax mandates.  When people start to lose their jobs because they hesitate to get the vax it will be a wake up call.  Unless Democrats can dramatically change course in the next 12 months, which I doubt given they are controlled by the socialist, radicalized left, November 2022 will not go well for them.  In essence, their only chance is to lie about what they want to do.

Meanwhile Dementia Joe naps, mumbles incoherently and bumbles his way through a climate change orgy attended by so many private jets and SUVs that there was no parking at local airports.

The Virginia and New Jersey results introduce the possibility that the Dems will wake up and alter their tactics, thus reducing their losses in 22.  Interesting to see the headlines, though, playing the blame game for the results.  That being said, their trying to paint the Youngkin win as demonstration of white racism is a direct insult to the intelligence of the many minorities who voted for Youngkin due to a real concern for their kids'education.  Once those voters did the unthinkable and voted R, they just might begin to see their D plantation masters in a completely different light.

Yup those same racist voters who voted for a POC Lt Gov and Cuban AG.

Guess the next excuse is either the Lt Gov / AG are not dark enough to be counted as black or minority enough or that in reality the voters never really saw a picture of them to know that they should put their democrat hoods on and just refuse to vote for them.

That's the crazy part, right?  These are the very same people that voted for the blackface/KKK Governor and Biden by 10%.  Now all of the sudden they are racists?!?!?  I share your concern about them realizing they have to lie about what they believe and will do if elected but if the response is any indication, I doubt the swamp dwellers in DC are self aware enough to alter course.  And no matter how hard Democrats in swing states and districts try, they won't be able to distance themselves from the loony left wing socialist ideas.  If you were a Republican and were thinking about getting into politics now is the time.  The Dems are too dumb and ideological to change course and the media will keep them from thinking all these ideas like CRT, vax mandates, defund the police, tax increases, etc. will actually hurt them.

Of course that also depends on the stupid party latching onto Youngkin's winning message.  Historically speaking that may not actually happen.  He not only held onto Trump voters but he got them to the polls. He also attracted conservative Democrats/Independents, Hispanics and some of the black vote.  And he did it in a very simple way.....not climate change or racism or any of the usual dog whistles.  He did it by talking about things that voters actually care about....the economy, inflation, schools, etc.  That was the same concept Trump understood and latched onto in his first campaign.  So let's have Trumpism without Trump and candidates that don't turn people off and they will win in droves.

The Lt Guv and AG are the dark faces of white supremacy.....didn't you know that?

As a former Virginian, I was really happy to see sanity restored in VA. My former collegue and good friend, Col (R) Rich Anderson is the Chairman of the Republican Party in VA, and I sent him a note of congratulations for getting the vote out.

I know that Loudon County has been in the news quite a bit on the issue of Critial Race Therory.  In Loudon, you have a lot of educated Black people (as well as educated white people) who were vehemently against teaching CRT in school.  My observation is that when you have a lot of well educated parents, they get very vocal about schools and they get involved in cirriculum decisions.

Kamala Harris said that the outcome of yesterday's election in VA would have major implications for the mid-terms, and 2024 - let's hope that she is right about this one thing.

Yeah, that scares me to think that she predicted anything I would like to see happen.  Let's hope she was lying through her teeth when she said it as that will make it a near certainty.  Kind of reverse psychology sort of......I think.
