Will I be able to see the fireworks good from Willow Point?

You can see it, but it will look small, distant, and depending on your elevation, some may be below the trees. I've tried it by boat from the Willow Point area and felt like I wasn't close enough.

thanks, I want to view them from the water, being a first timer but I was trying to avoid as much of the cluster as possible by staying on my side of the bridge

Chair, If you know where Sand Island is, go there by boat, turn right and follow the shoreline South. There are several sloughs where you can get out of the traffic and remain relatively safe. Do not go as far as the entrance to Kowaliga Creek. You should be able to see the South end of the Kowaliga bridge and be able to see and hear the fireworks close by. About 5 miles, about.
But, when the fireworks finale comes, you can either stay put for about 20 minutes, or, you can make the suicide run back to Willow Point, across really crazy boat traffic, ocean size wakes, and drunk drivers. Your choice

Thanks. I rode around a little bit and if I can read my map I think rock branch might be ok. What do you think?

Don't have my map, but I would not go much further South than Sand Island. The return trip across big water in the dark is too dangerous.
