Hey all, I realized when I went back into this spreadsheet that 2014 did not have the highest # of waterfront lot sales. I had only looked back to 2006 when 55 lots were sold, and 74 were sold in 2014. I realized my error, looked at 2005, and saw that 96 waterfront lots were sold then. So actually 2014 was #2, not #1. It makes a little better sense to me, as lot sales trends seem to lag behind home sales. Sorry for any confusion I caused with my error.  Home sales are correct.

I didn't want to be perceived as "burying" my mistake in the original post, so I started another thread here.

Regardless, 2014 was an incredible year for real estate sales on Lake Martin. Don't let my goof up cloud the true headline.

Once again, sorry for my error. It was totally my fault.

WOULD BE AN INTERESTING STAT TO SEE HOW MANY PROPERTIES WERE : (1) DE-LISTED; (2) RENEWED; (3) RE-LISTED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

I am not sure of how to get that info without going through every single listing (over 300 per year) and figuring out what happened to each over time (5 years? 9 years?). The info is there, it's just kind of hard to get to a digestible format. If you just generally want to know sales : listing ratio, please see the previous thread. I linked in a chart for roswellric that showed sales:months inventory.

Just Curious John:

What are the price ranges on lots NOT exactly on the water front but maybe a block away. I know that it might be a good range. Just give me the high & the low.
