I haven't heard it is closing, but it would not surprise me. Last time we were there about a month ago, they had a small typed menu with some very pedestrian choices, and frankly, it wasn't any better than what I could have cooked at home.

It's really disappointing, because it was easily the best restaurant on Lake Martin. I wonder if Christopher will reopen in Auburn?

I do recall overhearing the waiter tell another customer that they would be resuming their "full menu" after Memorial Day.

We ate there last night. Service was fine and the food was delicious.

Not that we saw. I felt there were plenty of choices on the menu and the food was really delicious. I hope they don't close!
