You mean locked up like all the former Obama admin officials that refused to testify?  How many of those are in jail today?  Answer, none. Flynn would have been nuts to testify without immunity.  And any lawyer that didn't advise him to refuse would have been grossly negligent.  Keep trying........

So, if you felt she was guilty as she did not testify then, you agree with me that Flynn is quilty if he doesn't testify. The Old Fart and Pee. Wee agree. Thanks to LOCK HIM UP FLYNN, we have found common ground and the world is better for it.

Not what I said.......my point is that Flynn is doing exactly what he should do.  My point is that none of the Obama folks that pleaded the 5th have gone to jail.  I actually consider each case on its merits, not on the legal strategy.  Some of the people that pleaded the 5th likely do not belong in jail and some do.  Flynn may or may not have committed a crime.  If he has he should be indicted and if guilty, convicted.  Period.  End of stop.

  Allowing her to take the 5th with our being locked up for contempt was the big crime IMO. She made a self service g opening statement and then refused to answer questions. In every legal precedent once you say anything your 5th ammendment right is considered waived. But the spineless rinos refused to have her arrested for contempt of Congress. There is a new Sherri in town now though so such bs my not be tolerated. Only time will tell.

Which now you equate taking the 5th to guilt when it suits your lame argument.  Strike 3.

Get your reading glasses checked, check your meds or get a refund on your reading comprehension courses, or you are just full of crap.

The difference is that she took the 5th after statements, and she actually admitted that the IRS was doing something wrong, and it led back to her office.

Flynn - we will wait to see what evidence that they actually produce that he did something wrong.  So far I have read that before he took money he briefed his superiors, and briefed them afterwards.  So far he is guilty of not filing some paperwork, big difference to weaponizing the IRS to go after political enemies.

So by your logic I once had a parking ticket so should be executed because I broke a law but John Hinckley Jr. also broke a law so I should get life in prison or the chair even though he attempted to assassinate Reagan.

Flynn is following the old Pentagon addage "When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging"

If he is found to have lied on his security clearance paperwork, he could face a post career, reduction in grade and he could also possibly face jail  time, if he had a high security clearance.  If it was only a lower or intermediate clearance, likely nothing will happen.  It's likely that he will never see another clearance, which will make him unemployable for any job that would involve a clearance.  DIA tends to take these things very seriously.
