Calling Hilda lucid is like saying Ryan Lochte has integrity.

Seriously, I am worried about Hilda.  The non biased info that seems to be coming out is that some days she may not be up to being the commander and chief.  Don't just blow this off like you normally do.  Check it out for yourself.
