here is the link to Flip ... if you look under "Chef" it says Richard is the consulting and creative mind behind the menu.

It is a unique place. He may have a piece of it for his menu / concept development.

Interesting. I guess most chefs can't afford to open their own restaurants. I've been to the one in B'ham. Still not too sure about that goose liver milk shake.... I suspect that we'll see a lot more of him in the future. I can even envision a cooking show for him, because he is so likable. I wonder if we'll see him on the Iron Chef competitions some time.

'nuff said. Mario Batali is awesome. I don't think he ever loses. Remember Spike from Top Chef? I saw him this afternoon going against Michael Simon. He lost.
