Several weeks ago, Biden released $6B to Iran for hostage release.  We were told that it could not be used for anything other than humanitarian.  Today with the help, no doubt, from Iran, HAMAS launched a major attack on Israel.  And then Biden says "we'll do whatever we can to support Israel"... I expect that Israel will level Gaza and I would not put it past them to attack Iran sites.  Who knows where that could go?  We could look at WWIII, if Russia, NK and China decided to help Iran.  All this because Biden wants Iran to sign some climate agreement.....

What kind of stupid ameteurs are working out of the WH?  And what happened to the intelligence?  Why didn't they see this coming?

When you hear the usual cast of characters state that this money was used for food or whatever, remind them of the above.  If I had $6B of my cash earmarked for something and someone drops another $6B in my lap I can divert money to another thing....like say, missiles and weapons for my favorite terror group, Hamas.  And remember, this isn't the first pallets of cash delivered to the Mullahs of Iran.

As for your last part, I am sad to say that leftists have infiltrated all levels of government, including our so-called intelligence agencies.  And one thing we know for sure is that leftists destroy anything they control.  Look what they have done to academia, entertainment, media, etc.  As Dennis Prager often says, truth is not a left-wing value.  When you ignore truth you can have all sorts of bad ideas and beliefs and happily put them to work regardless of the consequences.  Besides, they are more fixated on MAGA voters than unimportant things like terrorists and hostile nations.

EDIT:  Just saw in the news that a Hamas spokesman said they were using weapons and munitions that they bought from Ukraine.  If true, and these people are frequent liars, we should suspend all military support for Ukraine immediately.  This needs to be verified of course, but it would not surprise me that some Ukranian kleptocrats sold our military equipment to the highest bidder, which would easily be Hamas using Iranian funds.

Hah!  I responded before I read your post and said about the same thing.  There is a sickness in the administrative state in DC that needs to be torn down and reformed from the bottom up.  The only way this will change is to move agencies out of DC into the heartland of the country.  Most of the leftists in Federal agencies wouldn't be caught dead living in Topeka, KS.  Then agencies can be staffed by Americans that love their country and can think critically instead of relying on emotion.

If Hamas has US weapons, I think we will find the Russian's sent captured weapons. Or, it is just a story started by the Russians.

The story was started by the Hamas spokesman who stated they bought them from Ukraine.  Again, he may have been lying but it seems more likely some Ukranian kleptocrat siphoned off weapons and sold them to Hamas than Russia selling them captured equipment, but you never know. 

It would make sense for Russia to advance this narrative (whether true or not) for the very reaction I had......which is why I said it needs to be confirmed.  If it is confirmed and Ukraine did sell them the weapons we gave them then I am back to my position.  No mas!!
