Looks like we had some high wind a few weeks ago.  I had some shingles damaged as well as some trim coil facia damage.  I need someone with roofing skills but also has a metal "break".  Yes, I've contacted some of the advertisers, but everybody is too busy for small jobs.  Does anybody out there know anyone that might help?

What the heck is "trim coil facia"?

Fascia is the board that covers the outside of the rafters, trim coil is just rolls of aluminum that are cut, then bent using a break to cover the board. So, you have to break it to fix it....

What Summer said he beat me to the reply as my reply was: Metal fascia that comes in a coil and you cut and bend to size, thus the break machine.

Still a mystery to me. I know what facia and soffits are but is that the metal strip that some roofers install "just in case" the dripline is inadequate?

No - you can think of it as a cladding over the fascia, just makes it low maintenance. Instead of strip/sand/prime/paint, you can have one hand on your beer and one on your wand (for the pressure washer).
