If I read the temporary drought rule curve correct, 488 is the highest they can go this week, after that there will have to be a slower rise to 490 on March 30. We may see some generating from Martin the next time it rains.

We only have had <7 inches so far this year so I wouldn't get too excited about the lake level yet.

I'm excited that it is probably going to fill and will be higher this summer than last year. But I haven't overlooked the fact that in all but one rain event this year the area outside the basin has gotten more rain than the area in the basin. The drought may not be over yet.
