Thanks so much for your warm welcome - much appreciated after I got the cold shoulder from your impostor.......... I was born in Ohio and grew up in the south and now living in Indiana. Where do your relatives live? Looking forward to throwing our newbie party this summer! Wish it could be next week - so want to be down there!

Ya'll are real nice to throw me a party. Folks sure are friendly at the lake. I like margaritas and those pink panty pull downs Jaw is always jawing about. I really should change my alias as we have owned property since 2004 which makes us old timers now. I have not logged on since last summer when everyone was swapping identities, cats and groceries. Any new year resolutions out there????? I am going to drink less. lose weight, and sing karaoke at Chucks. I made the same resolution last year. But I mean it this year!

Can't wait for the newbie party! But do you think you're the ONLY one invitied!!? Don't you want lotsa people!? I am a margarita lover as well, and make the best d!#! margaritas on the lake! Forgive me, but I don't remember what a pink panty pull down is, but I'm sure we can arrange that too!! My Doc lost 26 pounds in one month, he's struggled with this for years even though his wife is a nutritional counselor. By the way, the reason my alias is now eli is because I got into some trouble with Mav last year for stirrin the puddin, so I changed my alias to KB, hoping he wouldn't get ticked with me again. I think I'll keep eli as my alias now since that is my sheltie's name, just turned three yesterday and we spoiled him rotten! He is the BEST dog, loves everybody, including cats and other dogs. Do you have any dogs? Everyone should have at least one!

P.S. Why on earth would you want to drink less and not sing Kareoke at Chuck's!? I think that is what life on the lake is all about! Are we considered oldtimers as well since we have had our cottage since 2005?

I find it impossible to believe, sorry. Now, if you can get my pile of rocks to stack themselves into a wall after eating it, I will again eat humble pie. As for the party, bigger sounds better......I'll even try the chocolate; it has to at least taste better than real snake oil!

But then again, not many are. A few years ago while on a boat ride with a 'newbie' he asked me if the 'honeymoon' ever ended. I told him I had only been here 45 years so I didn't know, he would have to ask somebody else.
