Actually, the real lucky one is whoever runs this site. Just check out the home page to see how many companies have paid to have their website listed.

Maybe I shouldn't mention that I have the General Forum page in my favorites, so I hardly ever go to the home page.

Ever wondered why? I mean...there are numerous lakes who have forums but none are utilized like this one. Are we calling attention to ourselves to our own demise?

Yes you are correct. I didn't do a good job of expressing my view on what I thought you meant by your post.

The way I look at it is that I am really glad the site is doing well and I hope the owner is making lots of $$. That way we all get to enjoy the benefits of the site without personal cost. I must have nisunderstood your post in that I interpreted "lucky" as a way of depreciating what is probably the result of a lot of hard work and investment on behalf of the site owner.
