Went to Harbor Docks friday night we had 5 people with us. We got there at about 6:50 we went right in and got a seat. Drinks came right out. But it was DOWN HILL from there. We order 1 appetizer it took 35 min's before we got it. Dinner took and hour and 40 mins to get to us. I asked the Manager 2 times about our food. The last time he said that he would cancel the order if that is what we wanted I told him we just wanted our food. We only order fried food us I know it couldn't take that long.

The Manager was no help and the staff doesn't seem to no what was what. I do no that they are new but to wait 1:40 for food is just not going to cut it.
Very disappointed in the whole night. Don't look for Harbor Docks to make it. :(

Try the Grilling Shack in Dadeville on Gibson Road. Fall off the bone ribs are awesome and the steaks are excellent. Ribs, two steak dinners and six drinks came to $69. Service was perfect and John the owner is always there.

It is a shame that you had such a poor experience. We were at Harbor Docks about 6pm Saturday evening for dinner. The restaurant was very busy, however, we had a wonderful dining experience. The service was superb, the food great, and the cost reasonable.

The servers were exceptionally attentive, our drinks were served quickly and as requested, mine was a customed drink. Our food arrived quickly, hot and very fresh.

Please give them another chance.
