Mr President, I have two questions based on some of your recent speeches and revalations:

1.  If this new $50 or $60 billion road program is the key to creating jobs and get the economy moving, why has it taken two years to figure this out.  Why was it not in the $800 billion you already spent -- seems like a cheaper solution since you have spent the $800 billion and we are no better off.  You claim you saved all these jobs ... but now that the money is gone, what did that accomplish?

2.  What is it that you have against people that have achieved success that they should be penalized to fund "your" agenda to give money away and add programs that people do not want or helps people that will not help themselves?  I also do not understand how a "family" income of $250,000 a year is "rich"?  People adjust to their achievements and if they have a home and standard of living based on that success, how does it help the economy to penalize them and make them spend less or have to cut back so you can redistribute to others?   Why when you make a speech do you talk about people making over a million dollars a year when you know you will raise taxes on families over $250,000 and individuals over $150,000.  Hardly "rich" people.  This will impact the economy that you have already destroyed and needs much better leadership to save.

You are dishonest and have an agenda that is not good for this country.

The old statements "liar, liar, pants on fire" and "he only lies when his lips are moving" apply to our leader. Castro reportedly has admitted that Cuba's model for Communism does not work after many execution and horrible living conditions since 1959. Will it take that long for Obama to admit that Obamaism also does not work. Can our country last this long?

Question #1 is even worse since they have only spent around $500 billion of the original almost $900 billion porkulus.  So if the additional $60 billion is all that important they could simply redirect unspent porkulus money to these projects and at least it won't make the deficit any worse than it already is....which is horrendous.

Question #2 is I am sure really rhetorical, right? I mean we all know why he despise achievers since he was only successful because of affirmative action and the sponsorship of others.  He does not and cannot understand achievement through hard work and assumption of risk.  He is the antithesis of what made America great and he despises the country because of it.

My source at the White House told me that the President checks the Forum when time permits and to be patient for a response as he is so busy these days.

We all know that very few politicians speak their own words, or read their own legislation. With technology today, no reason for anyone in the Government to read anything other than the Cliffs Notes version....

Or are you gonna stick around and explain to us how things are so much better with OCarter in the White House?  I have thoroughly enjoyed the left wing nuts calling up radio shows to either explain how much things would be worse if it weren't for the Messiah or how it is all Bush's fault.  You see after two years that explanation is wearing thin, apparently now with over 60% of Americans.

I just saw on CNBC a democrat senator immediately start with the talking point that the republicans want to just go back to the Bush years ... a republican congressman immediately said that is getting old and why are you not talking about accomplishments and how your policies have worked ... because you can't.

But I would wish someone would say ... no we do not want to look back, but since you brought it up, going back to 5% unemployment and a growing economy would not be a bad thing.  And please do not say we need to give these failed polices from Obama and the dems more time ... there is zero indication they are working long term ... if anything it reflects a short term blip and sliding right back ... as many predicted.  By every metric Obama and the dems said to measure success, they have failed on every account.  They set the metrics to measure them and now they dont want to take responsibility and blame it on Bush.  Yawn.

Premise: "Obama inherited a huge deficit from Bush."   Amazingly enough, many people swallow this nonsense.

A short civics lesson:

Budgets do not come from the White House.  They come from Congress - and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.  Congress controlled the budget process for FY 2008 and FY 2009, as well as FY 2010.

In FY 2008 (starting 01 OCT 07), they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.

Subsequently, in FY 2009, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office.  At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets.  Democrats wanted Republicans to look bad so they could get a Democrat back in office.  Obama did not have to sign that budget, but he did.

And where was Barack Obama during this time?  He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009.

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the FY 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets.  That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets. If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.

In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.
