As a Miss State alumnus, I don't get this opportunity very often. Lord it was ugly, but we beat Alabumble. With two daughters and two sons-in-law as Alabama grads, it's tough sometimes, but not today.

Now maybe Alabama can fire Shula and go get a good coach.

First let me say that I have been an Auburn fan for several years since most of my money went there to get my son graduated. He loved Auburn! However there are so many fantastic schools in the South and I really can't cut any of them! The most important thing is that I pray that none of these guys playing football get hurt. After all, it is just a game and sadly, big money controls. The bulldogs played a fantastic game yesterday and I feel they should get the credit they deserve. Naturally, I would have preferred Alabama to win since they are one of our state schools but that doesn't matter. The big dog prevailed. Even though South Carolina lost yesterday, I feel that they are the team to be wary of in the next couple of years. If given the right protection, this new quarterback is going to role.

Congratulations! My father is a State alum as well. He is one happy man. I called him 30 minutes after the game - he was appreciative of the call, but had to cut it short to get back to the post-game radio show.

Congrats!!. It has been painful to watch Alabama. I'll bet they are the worst in the nation in the RED ZONE!!! But Miss. State handed it to Bama - straight up - on the field!
