I bought a FoodSaver Game Saver Titanium. It's not been put to the test yet but I have orders for 3 briskets, a butt, and will probably have 20 or so turkeys to do in the next few weeks. I'm also smoking briskets for my son's rehersal dinner in December. I will let you know how it works out.

Mack, It is but most of it is for friends that appreciate the effort it takes. With meat prices soaring it's getting expensive though. When I first started smoking briskets I sold them for $35-$40 depending on size. Not long ago the cheapest brisket at Sams was $57. Turkeys go for about $25 still. I only cover my costs and donate the labor for friends. If it's a request from anyone else I try to cover some labor too. This year has been slower than last year's 800 pounds smoked.

Yep, all on one. Eight butts at a time, or 4 briskets, or two turkeys, or 8 chickens. With the vacuum sealer I can fill the MBS up, pull the pork or slice the brisket, freeze it and have it for whenever its needed. Chickens I quarter, pack flat and freeze. Turkeys I try to do the week before Thanksgiving, or when needed, and deliver unfrozen.
