When setting up the Bowl pools, I was only given 2 options--confidence points or straight-up.  I selected straight up...therefore I am issuing a big challenge for any bigtime picking guru...PICK 80% CORRECT (32 assuming 40 games).  You may now go make your picks and keep in mind that games start THIS SATURDAY DEC. 17.   If you haven't gotten in yet please see BAMABOB's post below with link to the page to join and also read my other posts on the Bowls pool.
