in the aftermath of the accident that recently took place in Sandy Creek, the towable device that was being used floated away from the accident scene and may have been picked up by a passing boater. We are currently looking for the towable device to aid in the accident investigation. From the description we received, it should look similar to the one in the link provided below.

The towable device would have been in the area of Mullican Loop, Smith Landing Boat Ramp and/or the headwaters of Sandy Creek. if you happened to have retrieved this device, know someone who did or saw it in that area adrift, please give us a call ASAP at (256) 329-2268.
