I have recently read about Russell developing turn key houses at The Ridge. Does anyone have information concerning this endevor?

I am interested in which lots are being developed, and the time table scheduled for the build.

Well, not exactly developing homes. Russell has a builder's program going to encourage the construction of spec homes by approved builders.

I wouldn't get in too big a hurry though since the last spec home I saw is still under construction after 1 year...........Hunting seasons you know.....

Where are the amigos when you need them?

You'll find all of our amigos busy in StillWaters getting the Harbor Pointe marina and condos ready. They are doing a fine job, gracias.
