I heard Clear Creeks will go on as usual but I don't know what day. One told me Saturday and another said Sunday. Steve might know better.

Pell Citys will be Sunday at the Civic Center.

My neighbor at Stemley Bridge will do his Sunday night after the Civic Center is through. I haven't seen the ammo yet but it has been 2 pontoon boats full in the past. Professional quality too.

Clear Creek is on Saturday Night Probably around 9

The Civic Center has on their sign that fireworks are at 845 Sunday

TC....... What time do you guys shoot by Stemley? We have never come up that way since we live the other direction. but you never know.

I guess we will make it a gametime decision...... we usually hang out and let the crowd get out of there before we head out. Just got a pontoon and not sure if i will be in that or the trusty sport boat but we will see.

Watch for my text and I may ask for a heads up if he starts early.

where are the fireworks on clear creek? is it by the willow restaurant. can you see them by car or is it just by water? are they professional quality?

They are not as high quality as the civic centers but its a very good show that last 20 minutes or so. they do it on the penisula (sp) out toward the entrance. I imagine you can see from your car but we have always watched by boat. It is well worth making time for.

There will also be a professional quality show just west of Clear Creek bridge on Sunday nite.
Last year it was the best I've seen in years.It was much larger then the one at Clear Creek
Marina.

problem - Civic Center or Stembly Bridge or do you see Civic Center then rush to Stembly Bridge. Hope there is moon light - 100's of boat rushing from one place to another in the dark = yiks!!

HAHA...... have you been to the civic center before? Its a mess to say the least...... I usually would not try Stemley Bridge because of all the boats trying to get home....... Clear Creek would be closer to home and would be more something I would want to try...... when it gets rediculously late we try and stay close to home when the kids are with us cause they either sleep or "when are we gonna be there"....wawawa.....

I am curious when the CLear Creek FW go off tho.

Yep, you got it. Thats why I just stay on the pier and watch.

The Stemley Bridge show usually starts about 15 minutes after the Civic Center thing ends.

Lets all be careful please. It's gonna be like 2:00am at an all night kareoke bar this weekend. Everybody that thinks they can drive a boat will be. Let's try to keep our lakes name out of the papers and keep the water patrol bored.

I have not see them at the civic center but I should be able to see those from my pier or I can load the boat & get a little closer. I have been at Lake Martin & was on the front row at the Aquapalooza last year when Alan Jackson was there. It is wild after dark. I may go to Clear Creek Saturday, I have a NorthStar map plotter so after dark is not much problem.
