We still need to pull our pontoon boat for the season and I can not find info on public boat landings and depths. We still have enough water but need to take out soon. Where is the best place to go? I am on the lake near River North Marina. Thanks

Your best option is probably Wind Creek State Park but depending on exactly where you are Madwin Creek ramp and D.A.R.E. Park are also available. All public ramps are usable down to 480.

If you're close to River North the City ramp is right above the trussel,all the depth you need year round.

I don't know why I always forget that ramp, and I have used it a couple of times for launching, never took out there though.

Elkahatchee has the deepest boat ramp on the north end of the lake.. also known as the county ramp at Piney Woods.
