It has been raining, on and off, here in the "Shady Bay" area for a couple of hours. A real soaker for about 30 minutes, or so. The weather map looks as if the tallapoosa basin has had some.

It has been raining here in the Red Hill area since shortly after 6 pm. It started as as a windy and hard downpour and has settled in as a nice steady moderate rain. More than welcome.

NOAA shows from 1 to 3 inches during the last 24 hours all along the Tallapoosa River Basin north of Alex City to the Georgia line. All flowing into the "Poosa" South.
