Trump needs to come out with his full throated support for us sending arms, billions of dollars, troops, nukes, whatever it takes to destroy Putin and free the brave kleptocrats of Ukraine from the kleptocrats of Russia. 

Suddenly the govt media, left wing nuts, Democrats and every single virtue signaling Ukranian flag waver will do a one-eighty.  Same with neocon RINOs in the Never Trump crowd who are all in on Ukraine.  Trump should troll every single one of them by jumping on the Ukraine bandwagon and saying screw the border...screw East Palestine, Ohio!  I'm with Mitch McConnell that this is our biggest priority so screw the American people and inflation and the tanking stock market and soaring crime. 

I would love to watch them squirm, equivocate, hem and haw when asked about Trump thinking the same thing they do.  And if he suddenly changed his view on this for real I would think he has lost his mind.  But it would work to get us out of World War III....which is where this may be headed.

Now there is a thought.  Biden is taking a surprising amount of criticism for his trip.  I'm wondering what right he has to claim that the US will continue to support Ukraine with arms?  Congress holds the pursestrings.  I hear strains of the old "domino effect" if we don't continue to support Ukarine - that's what we were told about Viet Nam, and we see how that turned out.  

Ukraine may be the next Afghanistan - because you know that even if they are successful, we're going to foot the bill of rebuilding their country.  I would like to see a list of exactly how much each European country has given to the Ukraine effort; but, we won't ever see a list like that, because people would see how the US is footing the bill and the contributions of these other countries  is nominal at best. 

Biden has fallen into the trap of the war of words and I think it will further escaate the war.

What is interesting is I am reading a history of the west and am on the time leading up to WWI.  Believe it or not eastern Europe is once again in the middle of it with Russia on one side and western Europe on the other.  We are reliving elitists like the Hapsburgs fighting the Romanovs over some country with no strategic value and almost no one could locate on a map that leads to the deaths of tens of millions. In this case the Romanovs are replaced by Putin and the Hapsburgs by the EU/NATO.  But it's the exact same issue of who controls what in Eastern Europe.

One guy said it best, history doesn't just repeat itself, it rhymes.  It is the very same argument that led to the war to end all wars.....that didn't.  The difference this time is the existence of nuclear weapons.......which could make it the very short war to end all wars.  Brandon has been wrong on every single foreign policy issue in his entire career and he is now leading the charge.  That should worry those that are embracing the escalation.  Hugh Hewitt (who is a hawk on this) said it correctly on his show this morning.....if this leads to WWIII or Ukraine ends up losing those in support of Ukraine will have been shown to be wrong.  Small comfort, eh?

If it was not so sad it would be funny - we heard from the moment Trump came down and announced till he was out of office about Trump and WWIII - and our bootlicking demonrats have nothing to say now but crickets.
