I posed the question...hoping your response as a Doc would lend credibility to the issue of vaccines. I still hope you will respond. For the record, both my wife, children, and grandchildren have been vaccinated.

It CRD is a doctor he swore the Hippocratic oath.  A major aspect of the oarh is the pledge ''to do no harm''.  If CRD thinks the vaccine is or even might be a lifesaver and refuses to endorse it's use when asked an opinion I believe a case could be made he is breaking his oath.  The same goes if he considers the vaccine dangerous to life and refuses to speak up.  You, I assume, have not taken the oath so you are free to be as wishy-washy as you please regardless of how irresponsible your words may be.

So you are saying he is required by his oath to do no harm to be forced to either speak out on a anonymous message board that he is either for or against a vax in a cookie cutter manner that fits all or you are going to report him to the boards for failure to do do no harm on people that are not his patients, have paid no co-pays, offered no chickens or eggs as a form of payment.

So next time I see someone in scrubs that looks like they may be a doctor or nurse walking through publix I can demand that they do no harm and demand medical advice on the spot?  

Yeah,  I would expect to be escorted out by security if I did - just as you should hopefully get in contact with the guys with the white vans and butterfly nets to come pick you up for your checkup.  You talk alot about the 1st, but for some reason I do not think it covers forcing someone to speak on demand - but then again in your communist/socialist utopia forcing someone to do something is always OK as long as they are forced to do what you want.

If CRD believes the vaccine can save your life or if he believes it is dangerous and refuses to make his belief available to anyone in general and a patient in particular who asks, then l think a case could be made that he is potentially doing harm.

That has to be the most insane crap I have ever heard.

A person who is basically anonymous on a message board who may or may not be a Dr is required in your world view to answer because you feel that he is doing harm by not answering.  You are not his patient, you have not payed for any services, but he is required to answer you because you feel potentially harmed.

Sheesh I get it you love the communists and dictators but HOLY CHIT!!!!!!!

Go to any hospital and demand answers, they will send you to the funny farm - hey try it lets see how well it goes.  I am thinking if you approach it with the same gusto as you hounding him that you will either meet with a shrink or security.

I do not think I have ever had the displeasure of conversing with such an entitled, pompus POS snowflake - and God knows I have met some that are out there - Antifatech takes the Gold!!!!

Showed the post to a friend who is nurse, said that he would be asked to leave and then probably would be tasered and removed by local PD when she pressed the panic button if he pulled that crap in their office and he kept demanding.
