The Army Corp of Engineers has determined that the level of the lake has been below prior year levels since the boat ban tood effect.

This is likely do to the fact that all of the water displaced by the big boats is no longer displaced causing the lake to be less full.

All of the lakes that are not part of the big boat ban are fuller than they were in the preceeding years, due to increased numbers of large boats, probably those leaving Martin, displacing more water in their new homes.

Just ask Mr. Russell to take all the new big boats currently sitting in the parking lots of the Russell marinas and float them in the lake instead.......problem solved.
