I have a nyman/basta boat lift that is manufactured in Washington State and no one in the area services it. I have replaced the battery and changed the fluids but it still does not operate. I believe the motor is not getting power and dont know why Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

it's a simple check to verify if it is getting any voltage. Do you know anyone around that would happen to have a volt meter?
