Q,
What are best baits and time of day to catch Watt Bar fish off a dock in a cove? Basically 5-8 feet of water. Prefer to catch anything but catfish.

Can't help you much there. New member, long time reader of the forums here. I'm on the main channel at WB and mainly flyfish for bream. I have cought a few bass off the dock on artificials and live minnows.
