What a beautiful weekend. What a beautiful lake. It was great to cruise around the lake for a while. The water is still too cold for me. I wanted to jump in real bad...but I'll wait for a couple of more weeks/degrees. Saw the sun-set and sun-rise Friday/Saturday. It'll take a week of sleep to catch up.

It was a gorgeous weekend to be on the water. I did jump in the water though, against my will. The first thing out of my mouth when my husband and I got on the seadoo was, let's not both lean the same direction at the same time. And low and behold what is the first thing he does!!!! And splash!!! There I go while he sits happily atop laughing and telling me if I wanted to go swimming I should have just told him.
But it was a great weekend and I can't wait till I'm back down Thursday night!

BhamGirl,

I was very jealous of everyone being at the lake this past weekend (including my wife) without me. I had to stay at home and put the finishing touches on our kitchen cabinets that I am building. They are now complete and will be at the lake this Thursday night with my wife for the whole weekend.

What kind of Ski's did you get again? I hope we will run into you this weekend and go for a ride! (we have 2 2005 waverunners Black and White). We are on the 'small' side of the 49 bridge a few houses down from Lake Side Marina. Stop by if your in the area. It would be nice to meet you.

Thought i saw you at the rock Sat.Me and my son passed by .Were u and your husband riding together?WE were on a red,silver and black 06 kawasaki STX15F.Hope to see you and your husband and also Pikeski and his family at the rock this weekend.Remember us PWC owners need to stick together before the legislation gets us.

Autiger,

We are heading to the lake on Thursday and have no plans on leaving until monday (late). I hope we run into each other (not literally) this weekend. We are going to be having a lot of people coming and going all weekend. There will be lots of kids so I will be dragging something behind my ski's most of the weekend.

Maybe I should just put all the kids on Acapulco Rock and pull the whole island around behind the ski? What do you think?

Well we didn't make it all the way to the rock, it was just too choppy for me on Saturday. We were however near the Rock Sat. morning, we used the boat launch that is near there. But we mainly stayed near Stillwaters and Blue Creek. I did see one guy on a red ski and he had his son with him on another ski. I had debated asking who they were but then I knew I would feel like an idiot.
We'll cruise that way this weekend.

we live in Chucks Marina slough so we ride Stillwaters and Blue Creek alot.My son and i will be one one ski since he is only 12.Hope to see you and Pikeski out this weekend.
