The Lake Martin HOBOs have scheduled a membership recruiting meeting at the Real Island Fire Station on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 4:00 pm. We would like to invite all members living in the area or not to attend and bring a potential member with you.

This is the first of our recruiting meetings planned to cover much of Lake Martin. We need help coordinating other area meetings. Please contact me if you can help.

Thanks Mav............for some reason thought it would be closer to go by way of Alex city, and 259 and 2 and 487.........AU67......I think the auto pilot on that 'ol 63 convertible would blow its gasket by the 2nd turn!!! Hope it's cool enough to take it out of the garage.

Looks like it's one of those Lake Martin trips that's 30 minutes by water and an hour and a half by land. Helicopter sounds like the ticket.
