We are looking to install a new HVAC system in our basement and need a recommendation for an electrician to run wiring from the main panel to the units. We are on the Alex City side of the lake.

So when is the open house party or the honey do list still LONG.

Or better yet when you heading over to help me set my posts for the new 16 x 24 dock. LOL.

The honey do list is long - and you are NOT helping. Judging from the list of projects you have going, I only see two possibilities.

1. Gives my wife even more ideas about stuff we need to do to our place (keeping up with the Mavericks).

2. All your improvements will drive up appraised values and increase my property taxes.

What's a guy to do????

Saw where the house under construction across the river from you is in MLS for $1.4M. There goes the neighborhood........

Interesting as both myself and my neighbor know of the builder and his name is not on the lot. Name on the lot is Black and he is not the builder.

Guess it is another spec house by an individual trying to flip the house.

On the Honey Do List just send your wife over to see me I will show her plenty of projects I have done over the past several winters that I am sure she would love for you to do - LOL. Oh by the way you have to put down your foot on the Honey Do List. Tell her all honey do's are only to be scheduled between Oct 1st through one week prior to Memorial Day weekend, then during the other time period you are on strike - Good luck, if I see a body floating by I will know what happened.

Just wait till she sees the 16 x 24 deck 50 feet out in the lake with a firepit and the green monster lights underneath it. I will send you the plans for a small fee and if you are nice I will also send you the material list as well - LOL.

You really know how to hurt a guy! I'm already under the gun to get the basement finished out by spring. And yes, I do try to keep the summer months open for non-improvement activities.

Saw the Bobcat working on your seawall last weekend. Can't wait to see the list complete. It will make your already nice place even nicer.

I like that. I want the plans for that one as well. Although, I might have to borrow that bobcat to give me a lake again. 150 feet away now.

I am assuming that those Green Monster fishing lights are high and dry now. I would take them into storage for the winter...
