I was wanting to know if we have damage to our pier do we have to get a $250 permit from APCO to fix or can we repair without permit as long as it is repaired status-quo.

I hate to say it, but do you think they are not going to take your money? They told me if you do anything, even repairs you need a permit. I say save your 250 and ask for forgivness if you get questioned. I don't like giving my money away for not doing anything wrong. Good Luck

I agree. Fix whatever you have to and if by the off chance they say something, then pay up.
