Can I get some idea of which lake areas have the most full timers and best amenities(workout facilities, pool, etc). We have been weekenders for a while and are just considering the future.

That's a great question. I don't have any facts on the top of my head about % of full timers, but I would bet that Stillwaters would be a higher percentage compared to other neighborhoods. When I help buyers look and they ask this question, I usually ask them to let me know exactly what they want in terms of amenities, and their rank of importance. That usually narrows down the list pretty quickly. For instance, several neighborhoods have pools, but very few have workout rooms. Fewer still have golf courses.

I have a page on my blog (linked below) that gives you links to different neighborhood pages. For each page I try to describe each location, amenities, etc, and I also do a video tour. I then link in different homes and lots for sale at each.
