For the second afternoon in a row my internet service with Troy Cable has crashed starting around 1pm. I’m on the Eclectic side of the lake and as usual there is no technical support available. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm not having a problem with internet, but we're not big data users.  Just check email and wife checks facebook.  We do have a problem with TV, screen freeze, pixilation.  I found a Troy Cable technician on my power pole.  He said my neighbor was having problems and he found we have a week signal.  He said he would be back in the morning but I haven't seen him.

We have Charter in the Parker Creek area and the internet took a vacation about that time this afternoon. Might be related.

Maybe, Troy gets their internet from Charter and resells it.

No problem with Troy internet on eclectic side.  The freeze frames I believe are due to sun spots which are more frequent this year.  I find that some channels are dependent on satellite signals which are affected by weather.  

Got a houseful of grandkids with phones and the internet seems fine.  Call technical assistance on Tuesday, they can check the line for you.
