We had Lake Martin Services provide a very reasonable estimate to tear down and rebuild our dock.  If you are considering dock maintenance or a complete reconstruct you can't go wrong with this local hard working family business.  From tear down, haul off and finish, the work took less than a week and we now have a solid and safe dock that will be here for several decades.  We are very pleased and I hope you will give Chris a call or contact him on his forum linked website.  We are confident that you will not be disappointed.  His estimates are very competitive to the point we could not say 'no' and we have zero regrets.

We did not have a seawall built.  Chris only did the dock.  If you call him I am sure he will give you a quote for any required work.
