What’s this I’ve been reading about Buckhead trying to escape from the ATL-hood and incorporate their own city.  They say they’re fed up with all the killin’, robbin’, etc., with no help from Big Bro ATL.  What’s up?

Lot of that going on these days.  I think the success of Sandy Springs in liberating their area from the malfeasance and corruption of the city of Atlanta and Fulton County has motivated other areas to do likewise.  The sad reality is that they are sick and tired of being the honey pot for the rest of Atlanta and want to control their own govt, have their own police and fire departments and stop sending millions downtown to be pissed away by incompetent and corrupt politicians that use the cash to buy votes and remain in power.

Poor man out for an AM run in a Brookhaven neighborhood and randomly gets shot twice.  A 5 month pregnant female gets stabbed in the back while out walking her child.  Child had an early arrival and will be in NICU for a few months.  Mother survived.  A murder in the Intercontinental Hotel.  All this past weekend.  Darn Amish.......they are at it again. 

And to think that senile Joe was considering Keisha Bottoms for a cabinet post.

Well incompetent people like to surround themselves with incompetent people so she would have been a perfect choice.  Let's be honest, if she doesn't exchange the Mayor's office for a prison cell she will certainly be more successful than the prior two Atlanta mayors.  Talk about a low bar.

Another shooting yesterday.....Security Guard at Lenox Mall at 8:30 pm.  Outside the Apple storefront.   Pretty brazen, wouldn't you think?  The APD was able to locate the perps at the Westin, doubt that they were guests.  Keisha not running for Mayor, but guess who has thrown his tarnished hat back into the ring......none other than Kasim Reed.  Now there's a accomplished soul.

PARADISE…..Lake Martin!!!  Don’t have to worry ‘bout nothin’.  No racist krap! No thievin’, killin’, shootin’.  Only worry we have is whether those city folks escapin’ from the ghettos to come hide out on weekends at the lake will act civil in paradise…….so far….it’s ok!
