LOST- Black lab/boxer mix and Chow mix

Our dogs wandered off this morning and are still not back. They are both house dogs, we don't let them run loose and they are not familiar with the area. At this point I'm sure they are lost. We are staying off 50 in Bama Park. They could have wandered as far as the Turner/Overlook area, Centerport Road, Turner Road or south of 50. The Black lab is built like a lab but has shorter ears and the boxer 'underbite" her name is Nina. The Chow mix is a reddish color and is shaved except his tail and head. His name is Joe. They are both friendly, both have collars with ID. both are microchipped. They are both on medications. We would greatly appreciatea call if anyone sees them. If possible, if someone sees them and could Hold them for us and call we would came ASAP and pay a reward. Will try to post pictures later. Thanks for any help. 561-716-5552

No, and I am really worried at this point. We had signs printed up and put flyers up at most of the businesses in the area. At this point it is about 36 hours, they have never been gone more than an hour or two and that was in FL where they know the area. We are supposed to leave wednesday, I can't imagine leaving without them.

My experiences with wanderers, golden retrievers chasing a deer, or a bird, or a bug, or wanting to make some new friends, maybe take in a movie, whatever, is they tend to travel sort of clockwise. They head up and to the right. In every instance, we found them, sometimes after 2 days searching, less than a half mile, as the crow flies, from their starting point. Good luck. Keep us posted.

Got a call. They were spotted yesterday near Chucks. A lady chased them from her yard because she has cats. She said that was around 3:00. At least I know they were together and ok at that time.

One more thing that might help. The lab mix is a female named Nina. The chow mix is Joe. If someone sees them ad uses their names I'm sure they will come.

A neighbor called about 10 pm. Joe our Chow mix was at their house on Post Oak just of Centerport Rd near 50. He was so exhaused he couldn't stand. The pads of his feet are all torn up and he's very hungry. So grateful to have him back. I'm hoping and praying our lab will be here or close by in the morning. Will keep everyone posted.

She made it almost all they way home. When she heard us calling she started to howl. I have never been so happy to see a dog in my life. thanks for the encouragement.

You are so right. For two nights I didn'y sleep. Once they were back I slept like a rock. Thank you again everyone. We have to get the rest of the signs down, Got a call yesterday from a woman who saw a chow.
