Everything will appraise, it's just a matter of how much and who will put up the money. In the case of a property like that, any serious potential buyer will have access to personal financing with plenty of collateral anyway.

What do you suppose it cost per month to keep it up?

I thought the same thing. It could be privately run with a % going back to the debt of what he took from stock holders.

Last time I saw it, it would take much more than 2k to get things back to shape. Just all the normal stuff a house needs. House like that needs regular maintenance.
It is up for sale, has been for quite a while. Just not listed.

As of several months ago it was listed with a B'ham agency. Presuming it still is. With Russell Lands partnering with ERA and it's national/international advertising, that may have changed. Wouldn't surprise me if it did.

Nothin' personal muddauber, but I'm gonna have to put a little more faith in John C.. If that place was listed for sale, I think he of all people would know about it. John C., do you have any estimate about what the place would (or should) list for if it did go up for sale?
