It seems that the president we elected twice may now be arrested and arraigned in a kangaroo court.
In America mind you. My country, your country, our country.
Time to get busy folks.
Democrats/communists are committing any crime they want.
They would go to jail except the fact that enough democrats/communists control the DOJ and FBI.
So to enforce the law we need to elect people that will remove the crooks from responsible offices.
But uh oh, our vote no longer counts.
There is strength in numbers. We, the good people of America have the majority.
We need one or more Elon Musk types to call for a national referendum to eliminate voting machines and street ballot boxes.
We need paper ballots and we need them now.

All of this for a misdemeanr that the statute of limitations has to have run out long ago. Even if they manage to trump up (pun intended) the charges to a felony it is still an issue becuase the "crime" happened in 2015 so even a 7 year SOL ran out in 2022.
Meanwhile, Biden is still in the Oval Office with Hunter and Jim visiting reguarly I'm sure.

What is unsurprising to me is that while the last minute witness totally discredited the DA's star witness against Trump and it still won't matter. Cohen told his attorney that he alone decided to make the payment to Daniels. Trump says the same thing....he didn't tell him to do so. The complete email record bears that out although the DA has cherry picked emails to try to show a false narrative. The statute of limitations has expired on the misdemeanor charge has expired so a DA that makes it SOP to reduce felonies to misdemeanors is for obvious reasons doing the opposite here. This is a concerted effort to provide the govt media with a reason to talk about something other than what is really going on that is important.
They will indict him because they need a distraction from the following: 1) definitive proof of the Biden Crime family payments from the ChiComs with much more to come; 2) the blowing up of the J6 narrative by Tucker Carlson; 3) the banking crisis; 4) continuing high inflation and interest rates; 5) the slow but steady walk to World War 3 over Ukraine; 6) Brandon's continued slide into incoherent dementia; 7) Fettermen's slow but steady walk to resignation or untimely demise (being delayed to delay a special election); 8) the ongoing crisis at the southern border; 9) the ongoing decimation of American's 401k and IRA accounts; 10) the blowing up of the natural origin of the ChiCom virus; 11) the massive spike in excess deaths associated with the mRNA death jabs;........ I could go on for another twenty issues that are being obscured by this distraction.

Bad news on the felony charge. Gov. Cuomo extended the statute of limitations during the ChiCom virus shut down for felonies so he is still within the limit on that charge.

The good news is this is all they have. And it is nothing.
This Stormy thing is simply a misdirection.
It keeps your eyes off of what really matters.
What really matters is that your vote is counted.

The voting part is of keen interest to me and I can assure you I don't remotely believe Biden got 81M votes. I also firmly believe that the voting irregularities in battleground states likely gave the election to Biden instead of Trump. But Biden is our President until January 2025 unless he croaks or resigns and Trump will not be our President unless and until he wins in 2024.
And my view is that he will more than likely not win in the general which is why I'll probably vote for someone else in the primary. If the ardent Trump supporters decide not to vote for another candidate if he doesn't win the nomination then the GOP will lose the WH again. And if Trump goes 3rd party if he doesn't win the nomination then the GOP will not win the WH. My laser focus is to limit the damage done to this country and if I thought Trump could win I'd vote for him in the primary....but I don't. He did lots of good things as President and would likely do a lot more if elected.....I just don't believe he can win. Simple as that. But I would gladly vote for him in the general if he is the nominee.....would you do likewise if it was DeSantis or someone else?

I think the current ratio is Trump 85% Desantis 15%.
My point is that your vote does not count. Why discuss who to vote for? Solution to your vote not counting???
If Trump goes 3rd party it would be another Bush/Perot 1992.
You have no choice but to vote R in the general election
In the primary, I'm Trump over Desantis. Both are electable.
Desantis needs to wait and run for 2028.

I do agree we need 100% paper record.
“Nationwide, it is estimated that 93 percent of all votes cast during the 2020 election had a paper record, whether filled out by hand or printed by a machine for the voter to review before casting their ballot (based on data from Verified Voting and the Election Assistance Commission’s 2020 Election Administration and Voting Survey).
Before the 2020 election, Georgia replaced paperless voting machines and was able to conduct a hand-count of every ballot cast, confirming the presidential election outcome and dispelling conspiracy theories about the state’s voting machines.
Increased mail voting also ensured that a higher share of voters were marking their selections on paper ballots.”

Leave it to Goofy to at least address the subject - and agree with me. Moses' sandals.
Maybe the law should read..............
No microprocessor shall be in the chain of election totals.
I can design a ballot counter like that. No computer. Internet hookup impossible. Too simple and stupid. Good check for the hand count.

Maybe in a perfect world.....
Problem with paper ballots only is who will count them. Seems from some of the Fulton County shennanigans that having people count them is fraught with peril as well.
We as a society may well be on a path of self destruction. My wife would call that pessimism. I call it realism, as much as I wish it weren't true.

I actually believe my vote in the county I live in was counted as I submitted it. I am not in Fulton or Dekalb county where I might have a different view. My solutions are probably the same as yours. No more drop boxes, voter ID, removing non-voters from the rolls, etc. The problem is that Democrats are going to do what they can in places where they will get away with it like big cities.

Good for you and that is the rational decision. Unfortunately there are way too many GOP voters who are Trump or nothing. In that case we lose. I will vote for whoever the nominee is but as I said, I hope it's not Trump who I don't think can win for a whole host of reasons.

There is some negative info coming in about Desantis. Enough to question loyalty but that is all. He kneecapped Disney. Good for him.
But today is 3/22 Skull and Bones day. Makes Nazis like Bush happy. Desantis went to Yale and is supposedly part of that club.

Realistically, you can't have only paper ballots. You need a reader that you scan the paper votes into. You don't want a process that you have to count paper ballots other than for a challenge. As to an ID, I have been showing an ID for years. Before that, I had to sign my name in a book and they compared my then current signature to my signature when I registered. Now, I vote by mail 100%. After I send it in, I can go online to verify it was received.
I was a pollworker from around 80-85 as a Republican and remember challenging some of the crooked Dems who tried to hand out palmcards inside the building.

1. If Trump is unelectable, why are the democrats obsessed with removing him from the political landscape?
2. If Trump is unelectable, why would the Democrats not want him as the Republican nominee?
3. I agree that Trump is unelectable, as is De Santis, because the democrats already have 81,000,000 votes in the bank!
4. Until the pandemic related changes to state voting regulations are changed, Jesus Christ running as a republican cannot get elected.
5. I believe that is the point Shortbus is making!

So I have one person with the understanding and proper attitude on this forum. Bless you AU.
Is everyone too comfortable in their nice warm homes? Plenty to eat?
Power in numbers? The majority are on the couch waiting for their ass to catch fire before they realize there is a problem.
This is a call to arms, ladies. We must have paper ballots. ( as deemed by his majesty shortbus )

I understand his point and am just telling y'all what I believe, which clearly could be wrong. As for the 81M votes in the bank, millions of those are meaningless. Running it up in states like CA, NY, IL, etc. are not what matters in deciding the election. What matters is the 44,000 votes in states like WI, GA, etc. that determined the end result in 2020.
My belief is that DeSantis has a better chance of getting those votes than Trump does. Trump, for all his many talents, creates a very strong reaction in the portion of the electorate that could make or break those key votes (Independents, college educated women, Asians, Hispanics and blacks). And while I have no doubt the left will loathe DeSantis as much, or maybe more than Trump, I don't care about them. They are going to froth at the mouth, lie, cheat and do whatever they can to defeat any GOP candidate. But I do care about persuadable voters in key states that could make the difference and give the GOP candidate the votes to overcome the margin of fraud. I simply believe today that DeSantis has a better chance of doing that than Trump. I also believe that those totally dedicated to Trump need to support whoever the nominee is. I also believe that Trump should come out and say the following, "I will not go third party and I will strongly support whoever is the nominee." He won't, but he should.
