Welcome to the neighborhood! We've owned a lot in Smith Mountain for 11 years and just bought a house there 2 years ago. It's a great neighborhood with a good blend of full- and part-timers (of which, unfortunately, I'm one). Our neighbors couldn't be nicer. Are you in phase 1or phase 2?

I am not sure which phase we are in. Our lot is at the end of High Point Road. I think every other lot on that street has been built on. I am very pleased to hear your opinion of the area. Where is your place?
