Someone mentioned the Hollywood celebrities getting involved with poltical causes...
Well, does any of their behaviors (political or juvenile) affect your going to see their movies?
I, personally, am done with Tom Cruise - and have been since his divorce (wasn't it to the day before the 10 years was up so as not to pay a hefty alimony even with his pre-nup?). And, then of course, his antics and his assinine remarks about depression. Wanted to see WOTW - Spielburg, of course, but didn't.
And now, I am tired of Brad Pitt. Gorgeous man. But I don't think he's that smart to influence me about his quest. Stick to making movies. Angelina is a goddess in looks, but talk about crazy. And he took up with her? How long will that last? I think he's off my list too.
It's like what Paramount said about why they dropped Tom Cruise: You don't see the actor taking on a role for the movie...you see Tom Cruise.
I am feeling that way about Brad Pitt AND Tom Cruise.

I am with ya Jaw. I don't go to many movies at anymore because because I refuse to support the hollywood, anti-american crowd. I got a chuckle out of PC AL's post below about not listening to celebreties and then repeating the mantra that there were no terrorists in Iraq. It is only the Hollowood limosiune liberals and Washington democrats that are saying such assinine crap, but he doesn't listen to them. Those 747 shells in the esert were there family vacation trips I guess. All those 'training camps' were really boy scout retreats. Just killing those two demented son's of his made the whole effort worth it IMHO. One of them had a liason whose ONLY job was to go to MIDDLE schools and bring him the prettiest girls for his sexual pleasure. What a guy!! Rape rooms, torture chambers, forced labor, mass graves, chemical weapons, biological weapons programs... nope no terrorists in Iraq!!
Oh, I forgot, those 500 chemical weapons don't count because they were made before 1991. Well I am pretty sure we can find a few nukes that were made before 1991, we could then drop them on Iran and N. Korea, and they wouldn't 'count' cuz they were pre 1991.

and the timing of Tom going over to Brooke Shields' house the DAY BEFORE she was to appear on the THE TONIGHT SHOW....well, that just seems too coincidental to me.
