Maybe, just maybe, prospective customers are choosing not to live in dormitories at Lake Martin. I have a feeling the high rises are way overbuilt.

Has looked like a glut to me since early last summer. Especially in the 500's and up condos. Waters Edge development near Chucks Marina has had quite a few listed and unsold on the MLS site since fall of '05.

Article in the NY TImes yesterday said the bottom fell out of the condo market in Las Vegas, Miami, Wash DC, and some other places I can't remember right now.
