To each their own, but I do not think I will let Russell Marine do any of my future service work.

It seems you didn't utilize the many recommendations for Cathouse Performance Marine when you asked back in April....give Steve a try next time around.

Oh, I definitely will. I was having some work done that the book said to be performed by an authorized PCM Engines dealer. I have had several issues with their workmanship. Thanks again for the reminder though.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Every business has it's ups and downs, but Steve (Cat) will bust his rump to keep things right for his customers and he knows engines....but don't trust him when it come to cooking and grilling.

You might want to check around inside the boat if you have it back and make sure they did not break anything else while they were trying to fix it the first time. They are bad about stepping on things down in the hull, that are not to stepped on.

Ahh, yes the memories. I have found several screws laying around, a drill bit, and they did not reinstall the battery box cover. For over $100/hr, I would expect the best workmanship and complete thoroughness.

You don't happen to have Jaguar software, do you?? The dealership in B'ham after they had the car for 5 days never discovered that the fuel pump was broke or that 2 coils were bad.

HP HQ will be doing all my work that he can. Somethings only a dealer can do with proper tools, training, and info. No matter who does the work always check the things that one can after the work. I have paid for work in the past that was not done. One job was over $1000! Can name many more. I always try to mark a bolt,hose,or something to tell that the work was done.
