Archie, I have to agree with you that as long a no one answers questions there is little progress to be made so I would like to give you an opportunity to support your views on Obama and the job he is doing.
The rules are:

Arguments/facts must be supported by public record figures.
Sources must be listed with figures so we can all examine the evidence.
Phrases like "I think", "I feel", "I'm sure" are not permitted.
Personal attacks are not permitted.

I know it may not be as much fun as before but if we are want to come to some common ground on
how the prez is performing and how the economy is doing then we should be debating based upon
facts and not what Bush, Clinton or Regan did.

and just checked this forum for the first time in several days.

To whom it may concern...go back and check my posts over the past couple of years, then check at random couple of the Obama blamer's posts over the same period, then decide who has provided the most facts and sources to establish or defend their comments.

As for personal attacks...go back far enough and see which poster has been called a "Blame America firster, baby killer, one who wishes the death of a certain radio commentator, idiot, chicken sh*t and other epithets that I cannot remember at the moment.

Enjoy your vacation. No need to hurry a response, I'm sure I can wait.
As for the rest of your reply, I do not believe that I mentioned anything about
yours or anyones prior rants/put downs. I'm interested in opening an
honest, above board discussion about Obama and why you believe he is doing
a good job while my position is that he is doing a terrible job. I don't care to talk
about who called who what name or what past presidents have done as none of
them have anything to do with the job Obama is doing now.
Sure, he may have inherited an economy on the decline or even already in the crapper,
but that just establishes a starting point for how the economy has improved or declined
further.
Perhaps you had rather that I start out by supporting my position then allow you to point out
where I am wrong. Just let me know.

BTW: All are welcome to respond. Just remember, no name calling, slurs, etc.
