I can see it pretty good on my phone when I zoom in. This photo is from a phone screen shot of the video, then cropped in till it starts to break up. 

dog has light boots and muzzle, maybe a light belly area.

Believe I saw him on Paces Pt Rd Sunday a.m.(following fireworks) . Probably spooked . He had a collar on.
